graduation31 December 2014 - On Monday 5 January at 18h00 the Minister of Basic Education will release the National Senior Certificate (NSC) Matric results in a live broadcast on SABC1. The Independent Examinations Board released the results for their 10,000 matriculation candidates today.

This year's theme is "Invest in the future, invest in teachers". In South Africa, Minister Angie Mothshekga stated a clear correlation between teacher performance and school performance.
